This week's storms and flooding hit northern Wisconsin hard. Driving rain and high winds have resulted in some crop loss here at Defiant Field, but –unlike some of our friends–we haven't lost everything and we're thankful for that. So here's what made it through the storm and is ready for delivery this week:
- Beautiful Romaine Lettuce–right at its peak
- Chard–just a few bunches up for grabs this week
- Kale–the garden workhorse and culinary powerhouse
- Basil–tenacious and tasty bundles
- Cauliflower–these are the first few brave explorers on the scene, hopefully more to come!
Place your order here. We'll be delivering in Ashland and Washburn on Friday, July 15. Make sure that the shipping address you include in your order is where you want your order delivered. We will take orders until 9:30 pm on Thursday night or until supplies run out.
